Planning a birthday cake

Tonight I was busy baking - not my usual thing to do...
I tried out two muffins, the first were sugar-free applesauce muffins, and the second were zucchini-carrot muffins...we were trying to figure out which ones tasted the best, and lets just say, zucchini-carrot won hands down!  So, since the little guy doesnt like the high sugar (horrible for you) cake that I was going to give him, this is what he will have instead:)

In the pic, the applesauce muffin is on top (cause we ate too many of the zucchini-carrot muffins to make a pretty picture:))

And, for frosting: 1 cup cream cheese combined with 1/2 cup maple syrup...
Amazingly yummy, and will see tomorrow morning if the little guy approves:)
