First Birthday!

I can't believe it, the little guy is ONE YEAR OLD today...I remember last year on this day like it was yesterday - and yet, at the same time, it seems like so long ago, cause I cant imagine our life without him:)

We celebrated by going to playgroup, taking a long nap, eating a lot, and then going to the park with daddy - I cant imagine a better day!!

He is walking all over the place now, we got him shoes on Friday (do you like the mismatched socks?), and now he can finally really play at the park!

Birthday party!

Am a day late in getting this blog up because I had to recover!
Saturday was the little guy's first birthday party, and we had a great time!!  A friend of mine was nice enough to take pictures, so I never lifted the camera - until the very end...

This picture was taken at 6pm, he had been playing since 2pm...his once white shirt was dirty and stained and wonderfully worn:)  We had gotten a jumpolene for the kids and we were trying to deflate it enough to get it back in the car - and he was helping...
